Beautifully fragrant on the nose, this sauvignon blanc displays generous ripe fruit and herbaceous characters. The palate is lively and vibrant showing mouth-watering acidity and a lingering dry finish.

Grown on selected vineyards in Marlborough, this wine was vinified in several small stainless steel tanks with the focus on producing bright lifted fruit complimented by a light herbal edge. All of which is balanced on the palate by a crisp acidity and good concentration of fruit across the mid and back palate.

Rose, Marlborough 2015

This rosé has a delicate balance of strawberry and raspberry on the nose, good structure with an elegant and dry finish.

Made from two parcels of wine - 60% pinot noir from Rarangi Marlborough and 40% pinot gris from Waihopai Valley Marlborough, the juice from both parcels was bled from the crushed must after harvest at the onset of ferment to a mix of new French and seasoned French oak barrels. The wine was fermented dry and allowed to complete malolactic fermentation and after 5 months of barrel maturation the resulting wine was filtered and then bottled.

Chardonnay, Hawkes Bay 2015

Apricot peach and melon supported by a subtle layer of lemon with vanilla and toasted oak aromas. This chardonnay is a medium to full-bodied wine with a creamy texture and a dry finish.

Grown on a single vineyard in the Hawkes Bay, the fruit for this wine was picked in outstanding condition. Gently pressed (40% was fermented using natural yeast) the wine was transferred to a mixture of new (20%) and seasoned French oak barriques. After fermentation (40% was allowed malolactic fermentation) the wine then spent a further 10 months in barrel before being bottled.

Pinot Noir, Marlborough 2014

This pinot noir has dark cherry blackberry and raspberry on the nose coupled with subtle toast aromas. A medium-bodied palate with concentrated fruit balanced by rich soft tannins, fine acidity and a dry finish.

From a single vineyard in Marlborough. The fruit was grown to give a blend of bright lifted fruit with a soft structured palate of moderate length. The wine was vinified in small fermenters with indigenous fermentation. Then pressed off and aged in new and seasoned French oak barrels for a period of 14 months.
